I did my master thesis in the Netherlands at the Dutch design consultancy firm MMID. My focus for the project was to improve the design of a medical product by gathering user feedback through interviews and tests. The focus for the thesis was to improve the intuition of the product. I learned a lot here; about product development in general and intuition and user involvement in particular.
